GREENHOOD at the Agricultural Machinery Trade Fair in Helsinki

From 8 to 10 October 2026, GREENHOOD joins Finland's largest indoor professional event for the agricultural industry, the Agricultural Machinery Trade Fair, held at the Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre.

About the event

The Agricultural Machinery Trade Fair is Finland's leading and most comprehensive professional event for the agricultural sector, bringing together more than 350 companies and thousands of visitors from across Finland and neighbouring regions. The fair showcases the latest machinery, equipment, production inputs, and services for agriculture, forestry, and outdoor area maintenance, offering professionals a space to discover new products, meet industry experts, and explore collaboration opportunities. The 2024 edition drew nearly 20,000 visitors, making it one of the most significant gatherings in the Finnish agricultural calendar.

GREENHOOD at the event

GREENHOOD's presence at the fair reflects our commitment to the Archipelago Sea Basin demo-region and our ongoing work on bio-based fertilisers (BBFs) and nutrient recycling in Finland.

GREENHOOD co-organises the event alongside other national and international projects, with a presence both at a stand in the innovation fair section and through a dedicated seminar. The seminar provides farmers and advisors with the latest data on BBF quality, covering agronomic value, contaminants, and practical considerations for use, drawing directly on results from GREENHOOD's Archipelago Sea Basin demo-region, where two Finnish BBFs are currently being tested.

GREENHOOD is represented at the event by LUKE (Natural Resources Institute Finland), the Finnish Biocycle and Biogas Association (SBB), Gasum, and Kiertoravinne.
